Synopsis
In a case of stubbornness and bad luck, Potlako, a 21-year-old young man is captured by slave traders on his way to asking his uncles to go ask for the hand of his lover, Morwesi. After dramatic conflicts between the lovers, Potlako proposes to Morwesi and rushes home to tell his mother that he wants to marry Morwesi. Not heeding his Mother's warning that going to his uncles' house would be a dangerous affair Potlako stubbornness led him to go without taking this fact into account. The story takes a Journey into slavery, How the traumatic experiences he had o his journey remain printed in his mind. The story starts with Potlako in his 80s being released from captivity, now an old man and the world Potlako faces another challenge of getting home with the hope of finding his love, Morwesi.
